時令下午茶:晚間入住，雖錯時，但未有提示及服務。

看到攜程好評4.9分才選擇的這家酒店。沒想到好評都是刷出來的。入住感簡直無語了。服務態度差的一塌糊塗。7點到辦好入住到酒店餐飲部準備就餐。服務員説廚師下班了。要問問是不是還可以下廚。我表明我是入住酒店的。才勉強將我一家4口安排到早餐大廳，空調也不開。我提出了才開。待我點菜後。第一個菜上了。我們連餐具都沒有。讓我們怎麼吃，我又提出來。才幫我們準備餐具，好不容易吃了個晚飯。沒想到第二天早上7.30酒店就有工人在施工，就在我隔壁施工。我出門阻止。工人都不理你，服務員也不管不問。我們一家四口都被吵醒。衹能退房。從沒有住過這種服務態度的酒，真的是一塌糊塗。
