1沒經過客户允許，擅自進入客户房間，丟東西我要讓你們賠，
2房間特別潮，我開門放風，保潔員擅自給我關上，特別討厭
3水龍頭不好使
4收銀員上來和我説，還給員工撐腰，説員工沒錯，和我吵架
5衞生間沒有排風
6房間牆上全是裂縫
7空調不好使，調到16°也不涼快
還有我就想問一句你們打掃房間不需要經過客人同意嘛？
你們房間沒有窗户，我開門通氣，被你們關上一上午，我一天住的都不舒服
打電話讓開門，好一會都不上來，大聲喊才上來，你們怎麼就那麼有理，在那和我吵架！
