This is a pretty good hotel. The room was pretty clean. The bed sheets were very clean, which is more important. The bed was somewhat firm. The front desk staff were helpful and the check in procedure was quick.

前台和服務員服務態度太差，猶豫我們住的是後邊貴賓樓，吃早餐需要到前樓，正好碰上下雨和前台借個雨傘，前台説他們沒時間給我送讓我自己找服務員，（説話也口氣重）這是讓我冒着大雨去前樓吃早餐，最後我説不行找你們經理我和借個雨傘，這才説她安頓服務員給我送雨傘。準備退房和服務員要倆個袋子吧，服務員説成本很大不給我，（好像我是白住酒店的）然後我就和她要倆個，最後妥協給了我倆個袋子，我住過好多酒店第一次遇見這麼差勁的服務人員，希望上級領導調整一下咱們服務人員的態度，第一次住也是最後一次住，以後再也不住興和國際酒店了，對了衞生也特別差

連續兩天的入住，真正體驗到，五星級酒店，工薪的價格，前台兩位經理林經理，雷經理服務和藹親切，認真負責。確實給了我們情緒價值，過幾天我們還會來的，做生意就是這樣，寧可成交一位粘性客户客户一百次，也不成交過往客户一次。感謝

從辦理入住就很無語，3個人一起上班站一起用本地方言聊天和交流有説有笑的，完全可以説是無視客人的存在，卻辦不明白一個入住，一個所謂的前台主管用攜程後台查預訂半天找不到訂單，對業務不熟悉整個入住辦了半個多小時，辦完入住了酒店有2棟樓但是並沒有告知是哪一棟走錯地方返回大堂問了應該是宴會廳的同事才知道是後面另外一棟叫貴賓樓的樓，方便不配有礦泉水叫送還半天不送，毛巾還是破不堪言，衣櫃也是壞的衞生也是極差的……

沒見過這麼摳門的酒店了，方方面面顯示出“節約”，服務更是“節約”！電梯裏展示內蒙古還有幾家店，不知道別家是不是也是這種品質

都非常好。這麼低的價格，絕對算超值服務享受了。酒店的菜也很好吃，量大，便宜得嚇人。美女前台服務也熱心，怕耽誤我時間，主動要我先離店，發票再傳給我。
