特別差的破地兒：
1.違法經營，要求平台訂單外額外交付定金
2.管理差，無入住標識，委託三方個人負責房間，在户外掛盒自己找拿鑰匙
3.環境差，説是海景公寓實際是居民樓大里麪的短租屋，車不能開到入住點樓下，要停在遠遠和場地簡陋的大門外，上下的電梯處於毛坯狀態
4.衞生差，房間床單被套均為深色，有明顯汗臭和異味
5.説明差，寫着的無線賬號密碼根本無法登錄
6.設施差，沒有基本的洗漱用品，牙具毛巾肥皂衞生紙拖鞋礦泉水樣樣沒有
7.價格欺詐，明顯超出地域和時段合理標準，千萬不要以為高價是好房，在此入住將是你的一場噩夢
