1. I arrived at the hotel around 21:00, and the front desk service was extremely poor. I was so embarrassed that I felt like I owed him money.
2. The hotel has no service facilities, no laundry room and no dryer.
3. There are no bathrobes in the entire hotel, and there are no clean bath towels in the room.
4. The front desk informed me that breakfast is free for children under 1.2 meters tall and half price for children over 1.2 meters tall. My child is 1.4 meters tall. When I went to the restaurant, I was told that there is no half price and can only be based on adult standards. Did you change the total price in one night?
