By far - one of the best Hilton hotel experiences ever! Mrs Chitty, one of the staff members, welcomed us warmly with a tea. She helped us to find the best restaurants around and spoke English very well! 🌹 The rooms were super clean and everybody was very lovely. No doubt! One of the best Hilton experiences! Thank you very much! And by the way! The breakfast was incredible!!! Thank you, Mrs Chitty and team!

Overall very positive experience, thanks to Chitty and all the staff, as they are very professional and helpful. Chitty was always in touch and helped a lot to see as much as possible during 3 days stay so special thanks to her. The only inconvenience is the location.

For those of us who had just returned to the city from the island, the Hilton was a dream hotel. I ignored the desolate surroundings and the outlet hotel downstairs would not open for several months. I also ignored that the hotel still had a bit of a decoration smell. The breakfast is also rich and the service attitude is also very good. However, the Hilton system does not accumulate Ctrip orders. If you are tired from the journey, you can really stay for two nights.

酒店的地理位置很好，不管是去景點還是市區都不遠，交通便利快捷，前台小姐姐Bella不僅温柔，服務態度更是好到沒話説，耐心又細心，讓人心裏暖暖的。房間一進去就感覺特別温馨舒適。床品柔軟親膚，睡一覺簡直太香，房間的佈局也很合理，空間寬敞，各種設施一應俱全，而且都超有品質。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品也都是我喜歡的味道服務方面更是無可挑剔，酒店前台工作人員真的太貼心了。有什麼需求都會第一時間幫忙解決，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺。

床睡得非常舒服，早餐簡單但是味道很好。酒店早餐種類豐富，味道美味可口，服務周到細緻，感到賓至如歸。特別是西式早餐和中式早餐都有提供，非常貼心!前台員工Bella熱情友好，主動幫忙升級了房間，服務專業周到。

酒店平時可能住的人少 放出的來的水很長一段時間都很黃
酒店服務態度很一般 要問酒店要個袋子 跟我説衹有小袋子，沒有大的…也不提供洗衣袋之類的袋子…轉頭就看見有別的客人拿了個大袋子…當時很想拍下來…是差別對待嘛？！！
酒店味道也很大…新裝修的很刺鼻！帶孩子的話慎選！！自己很後悔…
可能唯一能好評的點是房間還算大…

旅行途中預訂了葫蘆島希爾頓，各方面果然不錯。酒店位置很好，下高速不遠就到，和奧特萊斯在一座樓，吃飯也很方便，距離海邊也不遠。入住時前台佳慧辦理手續很迅速，還贈送了孩子早餐，感謝！早餐確實不錯，該有的都有，內容很豐富。酒店房間裏設施很齊全，衞生做的也不錯，有需要的是有求必應。酒店可能是因為去年剛開業，現在也是淡季，價格相當實惠，可以説性價比超高了，值得推薦！
