This service is the worst I have ever experienced. The restaurant staff treats customers like they are feeding pigs. Before customers finish their meal, they collectively clean up the restaurant. It feels like they are chasing people away. The room fee of 519 is like falling into a pit. Never come here again

When I was going home, I put my glasses on the bed without taking them. I clearly remembered that the glasses were left on the bed. I went straight to wash up and put on my contact lenses when I left. I forgot that it was already midnight when I got home, so I thought I would call and look for it the next day. But when I called the next day, the hotel kept saying that they didn’t have it. I also told you that my glasses are expensive and they are customized according to my own situation. Please look for them carefully. The result is that there is no one. I know clearly that I had breakfast in the room and I wore it in my own bag. I also rummaged through it and I remember where it was placed on the bed. I don’t know whether the room attendant accidentally damaged it or threw it away without noticing. It may be that I don't pay attention to the items lost by guests because I left the power bank for charging at the front desk the day before. When I went to pick it up the next day, I found that the adapter I put on the power bank was missing. I asked the front desk to look for it and finally found it on the hotel's own data network. As a result, the problem of losing my glasses came up, because there is really no evidence to prove that it is the hotel's responsibility, but I also hope that the hotel can strengthen the management of so many tourists coming and going every day. If they are left in the hotel, they will disappear and it will affect the reputation.

The hotel is very new and the supporting facilities meet the standards of this price range, so there is no problem at all. The front desk is also very welcoming. There are a few things that I am not satisfied with. 1. The bath water at night is unstable and hot and cold. In the morning, the hot water is not enough and the temperature cannot be raised. The second is that the ap is not isolated. When watching TV, other guests will accidentally cast the screen, so they can only turn off the screen casting. However, if you don’t have a membership on Xiaomi TV, there is basically nothing to watch. Breakfast was average, and it was obviously not available after 8 o'clock. The location for parking and transportation is very good, not far from the seaside, very suitable.

很晚才來評論，想冷靜下來再來寫，思來想去還是想説點什麼，因為入住的這一晚實在是有點噩夢了，要不是因為帶着長者，不敢想會發生啥。辦理完入住後，通過攜程客服管酒店前台多要兩瓶，肥皂這些用品，被告知水就這麼多，多一瓶都要單收費。然後攜程去協商，此過程中發現酒店水不熱，長者要去洗澡，並一併告知酒店，客房阿姨當著我的麪，開了左右兩間房，證實我説的問題沒錯，不知為何水確實不熱，告訴我會來人檢修，但後來等來的是攜程主管的電話，告知酒店説沒有接待能力，給您半小時收拾東西時間，屆時需要離店，如晴天霹靂一般，因為家裡長者有點發燒不適，已經不能再折騰了，當時是晚上約7點左右，攜程主管又去協商兩次，但都無果，無奈我衹能下樓去找他們值班經理去協商，此過程中有發生一件事，發現客房阿姨送來的被子不乾淨。結果值班經理上來就説，因為您的問題太多了，我們沒有能力接待您，説實話，這些問題放在任何酒店來説，都不是過分的問題，我沒遇到過如此理直氣壯不承認自身問題的，好説歹説，近乎於哀求中，經理答應了我們入住這裏一晚。過了一會兒，值班經理也可能覺得説話方式處理方式不對，送來了兩個果盤上樓。總之，作為一個新開的酒店，有些問題不會處理，我也能理解，但是生硬到把客人往外趕走的，我住過這麼多酒店，真的第一回發生，如果不帶着父母，我想我可能沖動到不知道會發生什麼，然而一切的一切，因為家人在，當天我都忍了下來，最後也想説點希望酒店好的話，能改善客户體驗感的事，都在細節處，就看用不用心了，水不浪費的情況，不應單收費，很多連鎖酒店，水都放在走廊，有農夫山泉有怡寶，這一下體驗感就上來了，實話説，這麼放水的情況，客人反而不會浪費，因為覺得水夠喝了。

有一説一，新酒店，房間設施很新，床很舒服，廁所很乾凈，洗澡水溜很大，早餐豐富好吃難得的是所有的菜品沒有預製菜或者半成品真挺好，就餐環境很好，而且，離海邊很近，位置絕佳，走路幾分鐘就到了，周圍距離商超也不遠，晚上夜市走一走邊吃邊逛舒服的不得了，值得推薦，下次還住。

總體感覺還可以吧,帶長者還孩子一起出來，結果沒有兩個挨着的房間，相距很遠，衞生乾淨，就是前台如果能微笑就更好了，早餐沒什麼品種，
