服務意識太差，早餐準備不足，餐具都沒有備足，找餐廳服務員説餐具沒了，服務員回覆“就是沒了”……，餐桌都沒收拾，食品衹剩殘羹冷炙，説客人太多，服務員不足，要找負責人就推説負責人休假聯繫不上……後來乾脆就沒吃早餐，還扣了小孩子的早餐費😭

很差勁，樓下有ktv足療影響休息，半夜還在唱歌。打開窗户對面就是樓。叫房務人員打了三個電話，等了40分鐘才來。前台服務人員溝通欠佳，不專業，不等我話説完就掛電話。
