在這住一天 交100按金 第二天退房 商家説我沒有交 微信詳細付款記錄給老闆看 就是説沒有收到 那個意思就是不想退 在前台磨我10分鐘 又説老闆休息了什麼的 各種理由説沒有收到我按金 我給前台説我現在報110 叫公安局過來調節一下 説完 就和我説不好意思 弄錯了 就把按金退回來 各位可以看看我到底有沒有交按金

房間環境比較滿意，衞生太差地上煙頭，牆上蟲子也不處理。車停酒店門口被亂停亂放堵裏面，酒店也不幫忙協調一下。

去年住過3次，前台服務挺好的，得知我在**訂的貴了，主動告知我換其他平台，但説給老闆：也就才開2年的酒店，裝修挺好，但衞生打掃的真的不盡如人意，希望老闆或者經理人能自己到前線房間看看，不論是衞生間，還是床還是地，感覺好像你們沒有標準，衹要掃一掃就過去了。説出來是希望你們進步，能開的更久一些，畢竟跟前酒店很多，選擇很多，服務才是最終的競爭力
