1. 地理位置便利：酒店就在銀杏廣場旁，周邊餐飲選擇豐富，步行就能解決吃飯問題，對遊客很友好～
2. 自駕友好：提供免費地下停車場，車位充足，停車省心，帶車出行的朋友可以放心沖！
3. 基礎體驗在線：房間空調製冷效果超棒，夏天入住完全不悶熱；訂了兩間標雙，含早餐才這個價位，性價比確實不錯，學生黨/家庭出遊都能接受～
❌【待改進點】
1. 設施陳舊：裝修風格偏老式，部分硬件顯得有些過時，追求新潮環境的可能會有點落差。
2. 衞浴問題：兩間房的淋浴門都有損壞，馬桶沖力也較弱，使用時需要注意；另外洗衣需要自助刷卡繳費，沒有免費服務，對長住旅客不太方便。

前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。衞生間乾濕分離。24小時熱水好。空調好。有電梯。有自己的地下停車場（免費）。周圍環境安靜。吃飯方便。賓館旁邊有一大超市。出行方便。

網上預訂的，價錢方面比較實惠，前台2美女服務也不錯，有停車位免費停車，有早餐送，起晚了就沒有使用了，隔音效果也還可以，唯獨就是裝修陳舊了點，其他都滿意。

那個空調製熱效果一點都不好，感覺看着都很舊，然後呢入住都是沒有水的，然後跟前台講了，前台也是沒有給補。後前台還反問我一句，為什麼沒有水？好像我把他的水喝了不是一樣。廁所是沒有乾濕分離的，然後那個廁所的玻璃它也是沒有做那種隔離，沒有貼那種的，在外面都可以看的一清二楚。

房間很大，已經超出這個價格的預期了，我駕駛的是新能源汽車，地下車庫又有7kw充電樁，剛好睡一覺，車子的電就充滿了。

愛特萊國際大酒店前台工作人員板起一張臉非常嚴肅面對客人沒有什麼笑臉。標準單人房間裏面燈帶燈光是明亮的，但是閲讀燈，鏡頭燈這些燈光按動牆面上智能控制面板始終沒有亮出故障了。洗手間裏面馬桶和噴頭沒有做乾濕分離，噴頭噴出來的水會淋濕馬桶蓋。第三個缺點就是沒有自助洗衣房，五一勞動節假期來興安縣城旅遊的遊客人流量非常大，有些客人來到愛特萊國際大酒店是要長期居住的，沒有洗衣機的話就不方便清洗衣服褲子，身上一直是臭烘烘的。我希望愛特萊國際大酒店未來能夠設立自助洗衣房，方便客人清潔服裝衣物。
