房價便宜，硬件就不能太高要求，簡陋一些。服務非常熱情，有什麼不好、需要什麼老闆馬上來解決。門前可以停車，衹要來客開車的人少就能有地方停。周圍吃飯很方便，離靈渠景區也較近，這是我選擇這裏的原因。
