Every time I go back to my hometown, I prefer to book this hotel. I feel that the environment is good and it is close to my relatives' homes. But this time, the surprise was too big to accept. We stayed in a triple room. The bed was very dirty. The three beds we slept in were always bitten by bugs, and the skin was red and itchy. Finally, I found Xiaoqiang 😡😡😡😱😱😱. After changing the bed in the room, it won't work. The hygiene is too bad. We didn't refund the difference when changing rooms. The experience was very poor.

非常好的一次入住體驗，房間設施設備齊全，前台小姐姐還幫忙把行李送上房間，服務態度超級nice，房間整潔明亮，帶有客家特色的裝修，非常温馨，給我這個客家人一種回家的感覺，早餐是自助式的，美味又衞生，不想出去外面吃飯可以直接到客房下面的餐廳吃或者電話點餐送餐，超級方便。下次來新豐還要住這裏！
