酒店前台管家小唐和小雅服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店從裡到外都是簡潔的經典商務風格，原木色與黑組合得順眼，落落大方，洗手池還準備一塊小小的獨立包裝洗手皂，看得出來很注重衞生。晚上夜景燈光好看，天河城和萬達廣場也都在周圍，吃飯逛街都很方便，打車很方便就停在樓下，還有24小時免費洗衣房非常方便。

這個房型在酒店後一棟公寓樓，三房兩廳兩衞+陽台，目測凈面積110，採光通風好，洗衣機，冰箱，廚房，啥都有，衞生情況好。前台還送了多人份早餐，很適合家庭出行。

房間設施很滿意，衞生很乾凈，附近就是高速出口，早餐可以品種很豐富，晚上也很安靜，酒店旁邊就很多宵夜吃非常方便，品牌連鎖管理是可以的，對得上200多元的價格，比住民宿好多了。

環境乾淨整潔，衞生及時清理，我愛泡茶，礦泉水隨時可增加，第一天你會感覺到早餐種類豐富多樣，可以多選擇，但是我住了3天，我作為一名高級營養師的評價是：建議每天需要更換一下菜品、水果等，有新食物更新，更有食慾，蔬菜沙拉的菜品種類不夠，不要把沙拉醬倒下去，讓客人自己要多少加多少，視覺體驗好點。

來自異地同行的客觀意見:
1、預訂的是麗楓酒店，給我們的房是 美麗楓公寓，跟酒店不在同一棟，在酒店後面的商業公寓樓（人流雜）。
2、用的是麗楓的易耗品（洗護產品等），但硬件均不是麗楓標準，床是彈簧床，每轉個身都能聽見彈簧“噔”的聲音，四件套和巾類也粗糙。
3、窗簾是完全不遮光的，不到六點就光亮光亮了，七點多能感受到陽光。
4、浴巾毛巾等放在衣櫃的底部，不好找之餘感覺很不衞生，細看確實已有一些細碎贓物在上面了。
5、隔音很差，隔壁公寓的在看奧運會的聲音清晰可聽；另下水道沒包隔音棉，樓上每沖一次水都聽得到水沖下來的聲音，這個超級困擾。
