開始開的房間天花板滲水發黴，換了一個後空調一直不製冷，這麼熱的天氣不製冷，熱死了，叫客房過來查看還説有風，服了，晚上11點多打電話總枱才跟我説空調有問題在維修，給了一台電風扇，有住星級酒店還給個電風扇吹的嗎？給攜程反饋，攜程工作人員很負責，積極溝通處理，這個酒店過年住了，才過去幾個月差了好多，平時維護太差了

避雷！八月份入住，外面39度氣温，房間31度，空調不製冷，也沒風，熱到服務員拿個風扇過來吹了一夜，還是個破的調不了檔的風扇。跟前台反饋，就衹是表示沒有辦法，衹能是這樣。要不是帶着孩子太晚了，絕對不會住！服務差，設施差！

前台服務很好，早餐很到位，房間很大，還購買了江西的瓜子，還有特產。前台服務很熱情，停車位非常方便。大廳的裝修風格很好，很漂亮，是我喜歡的類型。下次出差還會來這邊住的非常的舒服，熱水也很充足，空調也很涼快，睡得非常好。推薦入住值得入住這裏喲

能看出來酒店有些老舊了，之前應該是高檔型的。
1. 浴巾和毛巾是帶點濕的，感覺是上一個客人用過的，沒有更換。
2. 酒店WiFi真的不行，好幾個連上了網絡都不好。
3. 衞生間感覺好臭，下水道那種臭。
4. 酒店是下午兩點前退房的，但是中午12點一過，阿姨就來敲門了，體驗很不好。
住過那麼多酒店，説實話，一些舒適型酒店都比它服務要好的。以上觀點無惡意，衹是陳述事實，希望酒店及時改正。
