民宿位於馬路邊，在兩家飯館中間，晚餐不愁，門口有停車位（但是第二天整車都是黏糊糊，不知道是油煙還是啥，不知道別人有沒有碰到過這種情況），酒店設施什麼的還算新，路邊確實有點嘈雜，定的含早餐，九點十分下去被告知八點前給做，也沒乾糧提供，入住時候也沒提醒一下，第一次碰到九點多不供早餐的，這體驗感極差了

地段好，距離幾個景點都很方便。被兩家網紅飯店包圍，吃飯也方便。名宿老闆娘態度嘎嘎好，房間裏都是智能控制，贊贊贊

房間靠近馬路，非常吵，窗户關了也沒用。房間隔音也很差，隔壁房間用水嗡嗡響。廁所竟然沒有隔起來，廁所整個沒有遮擋，上廁所都尷尬。

這個價位算是性價比非常高的民宿了。優點：1全屋智能家居，包括燈，窗簾，空調，馬桶，電視，挺好玩。2乾淨衞生，沒有明顯可見的污垢，細節衞生還算到位。還有個小陽台可以小憩。看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望

民宿地理位置不錯，離大佛寺景區和梅渚古村比較近，門口停車位也多，房間都是智能化設施，乾淨整潔。早餐包含的，是外面買回來的，很乾凈衞生，味道也不錯。

確實是全屋智能，馬桶窗簾門鎖什麼的都是智能的非常方面。房屋乾淨整潔住起來很舒服，服務也很貼心。唯一遺憾的是靠着公路隔音又比較差，有時候會被路上的車吵醒。

酒店裝修非常有特色，雙床房有落地窗還帶一個小陽台，乾淨整潔。此外，全屋智能家居，十分便利。酒店老闆娘非常熱情周到，有問題及時耐心解決。酒店位於新昌城區，交通便利，旁邊就有兩家不錯的飯店。總之，性價比非常高，非常滿意！
