酒店的硬件和軟件無可挑剔，十分的滿意。超過入住之前的想象。所有的服務人員遇客人均有問候和笑容，訓練有素。酒店的所有建築和環境，堪稱完美。這樣的酒店物有所值。下次還會再去入住。

酒店位於新昌穿巖十九峯景區內部，環境優美，距離高速口十五分鐘路程，地理位置優越。
酒店配套齊全，登雲梯是酒店特色，雲端踏雲軒下午茶出品精美，馬術中心，隨心閣等能在酒店玩兩天，山頂下巖貝村觀景平台很多，看日出日落絕佳位置。
酒店服務意識和態度端正，人性化個性化，脱離傳統商務酒店的束縛，拉近了顧客與酒店的距離，點名# Jason服務很周到，希望有機會再次光顧春秋季不一樣的風光[轉圈]

非常滿意的一次旅行。房間寬敞乾淨明亮。天然的氧吧。一定要帶好驅蚊液，這次帶了，但是我自己沒噴，十幾個蟲子咬的塊。早餐也很好吃，聽濤閣的晚餐實在一言難盡，又貴又不好吃。要不喊早餐的廚師長做晚餐的中餐吧。騎馬區價格便宜實惠，騎馬地也很乾凈，我一個處女座都覺得不錯這裏的工作人員在認真維護。管家 Carina 訊息都屬於秒回，滿足各種需求的小姐姐。有機會再來。

酒店環境真的沒話説了，就在十九峯景區內，這個季節滿是花香
送的七度旅拍也很好，給我們拍照的幸福小哥哥，非常耐心，出片效果很棒！

環境優美，房間很乾凈，窗外就是風景。管家Helen小姐姐還主動幫我們升級了房型，考慮到一家人住在一起比較方便。去的當天客人退房晚了一些時間，Helen管家又幫我們延時了退房時間。家人們玩的很開心。每個點都走了一遍，雲梯必去。
