新昌潜溪山庄

I stayed in this B&B after being recommended by a friend. My first impression was that the hardware facilities were luxurious and the decoration was high-end. Secondly, I would like to talk about the software. I should say that the B&B owner was the highlight (hospitable, cheerful, and meticulous). A little story I personally experienced... Because I was in a hurry and had to check in at nearly 18:00 that day, I asked a person who looked like a staff member (later I found out it was the boss) if dinner could be provided? The answer was that I needed to make an appointment for the next day, and he also recommended a nearby restaurant to me. I thanked him and just turned around when a voice made me stop. The boss said, "If you don't mind, you can dine with us. Some friends and I are going to have dinner soon." I couldn't refuse the hospitality, so I accepted the invitation. We toasted each other, laughed and chatted, and felt like we were at home! . In the world, people are not obsessed with identity and class, but rather measure a person by his realm and ability. This is the feeling my boss gives me! Looking forward to going again next time!

The room rate of nearly 700 per night is not cheap, but the service attitude is really hard to describe. We booked two twin rooms for four adults and one child. It was a hot day with a temperature of over 40 degrees. There were two 350ml bottles of water in the room. After drinking them, I went to the front desk in the evening to get a few more bottles of water. A 50-year-old lady (probably the boss) had a very bad attitude and asked "Why do you need water" 🥵🥵🥵 We took three bottles in each room, and the woman said directly to our face "You took so many" 🤭🤭🤭 With this kind of service attitude, I will not stay again nor recommend it🤢🤢🤢

民宿坐落在山裡，環境什麼挺好的，小橋流水，旁邊還有小溪流，民宿這自帶泳池，就是我們去的時候天氣還是有點冷，沒放水 周邊有景點，但是沒有吃東西的地方，如果要吃晚飯需要提前聯繫
