這家酒店本來我們定的親子房，提前一天致電我，諮詢我是不是二大一小，我説不是是三個女孩子，他們告訴我親子房不合適，穿太小了，我就重新預訂了家庭房，預期不高，但是沖擊力真的很大！服務態度好，設備齊全連指甲鉗這種都備在前台，房間也很乾凈，景色更不用説了，美透了！早飯也很豐盛，總而言之真的體驗感超好！

開學前幾天，帶小朋友在出來玩2天，頂着41度的高温出發。民宿位置非常好，有“一覽眾山小”之景，晚上日落很好看，五顏六色，很多人來打卡。景色是很好的，自然環境也OK。
定了家庭房，送了歡迎水果和小零食，房間內大小適中，露台也很大。房間衞生狀況還可以。
作為一個夏天可以游泳的民宿，還是無邊泳池。房間內竟沒有晾衣架，畢竟泳衣需要晾曬（找前台要了晾衣架，也好雞肋，晾衣架又矮又輕，長衣服衹能平鋪在上面，風一吹架子就倒）。也沒有提供浴衣，家庭房還衹放了2套浴巾毛巾，根本不夠用！
另外。泳池太臟了！！可以理解露天泳池，夏天蟲多，但是水裡漂着白色的點點，我就不形容了！女兒和老公遊了30分鐘不到就回來了，實在是無法下水！！
第二天吃完早餐就退房了，送的伴手禮是2小塊餅乾和2小包掛耳咖啡。

視野好，正對十九峯，可看日落；交通方便，離停車場步行三分鐘；衞生不錯，衞生間略小不影響使用，空調給力，園子環境好，風格很喜歡；前台小姐姐人超nice，好溝通，願意幫忙～房間送了水果和一大袋零食，離店還有伴手禮～民宿自帶餐廳，旁邊就是咖啡館，步行到市集大概十分鐘

窗外就是十九峯的風景，視野非常開闊，環境真的太好了，幾個小姐姐的服務也很好👍🏻入住有歡迎水果和小零食，還有伴手禮，周邊逛的地方很多

奔着有泳池訂的這個民宿，在山頂上，開上去大概需要10分鐘左右，整體比較滿意，房間挺大的，裏面味道也很好聞，衞生間很大，我們訂的家庭房還帶浴缸。但是因為訂晚了，所以衹剩下一個向茶園的房間了。唯一的缺陷就是空調的出風口是正對着床的，而且中央空調還調不了葉扇，晚上睡覺對着吹了一晚上，凍死了，第二天起來鼻子堵了，嗓子不太舒服，強烈建議需要在出風口裝一個擋風裝置。不過服務還是不錯的，跟前台反映了空調的情況後馬上送來了感冒沖劑，婉拒後又拿來了一杯熱茶，還是比較滿意的。

當天到的晚了 商量第二天是否可以稍微延遲退房 不同意 這點對於工作日民宿來講 缺乏人性化 其他還可以吧 中規中矩 村上面民宿景觀更好一些
到的晚的話 户外泳池不能使用 額…

家庭房很寬敞舒適明亮，觀景陽台欣賞美麗的十九峯，餐飲色味俱佳擺盤也不錯。服務細緻入微微信聯繫十分盡責。看到了北斗七星和夕陽美景，真是美好的回憶

總體還是比較滿意的，因為住的房間沒有靠近山邊風景稍微差了一點，不過走到外面就可以看到十九峯的景色也能接受。
