Posh hotel right in the centre of Xinchang. Very nice reception area and shops to eat across the road. The room was big and very nice. I would stay here again

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從前台Yuki與我取得聯繫的那一刻起，全程都感受到無微不至的關懷。從預訂到辦理入住Yuki始終保持着滿分的熱情與專業，每一個需求都被及時迴應，每一個細節都被用心關照。這樣細緻入微又充滿温度的服務，讓我真正體會到賓至如歸的感覺，必須給Yuki和酒店點100個贊！下次入住，這裏一定是我的首選！而且不僅是前台，餐吧，早餐的品種，工作人員還有客房保潔人員都特別的友善！方便還有很大的浴缸，爬完山泡一個太舒服了，而且酒店地處市中心，去哪裡都非常方便，隨時來一場文化之旅，充滿了人文情懷！

真心體驗感一般性，入住的時候要求兩間房離得近一點，因為小朋友串門方便，結果給了兩間比較遠的地方，説沒有更近的，ok，結果到了樓上發現距離其中一間更近也有空房，找了前台才給換了…本身有空房，為什麼不能第一時間滿足客户呢？
過道的裝飾，都是一塊塊長方體的裝飾，尖尖角，非常危險，稍不小心就會撞到…
房間裏面的小茶几，也是鐵板+大理石的組合，也是尖尖角，很不幸，我們小朋友撞到了，一個小血口…而且在眼睛附近，非常後怕…
酒店沒有小朋友圍欄，服務員也都不會很熱情，如果作為新昌的星級酒店，那我覺得還很欠缺…

這次入住體驗真的超不錯，酒店去年開業非常新，設計考究且很大，房間特別乾淨整潔，喜歡房間的小陽台。前台Yuki辦理入住時速度特別快，效率超高，完全不用長時間等待，細節很加分，住的很舒心。下次到新昌還會選擇温德姆

設施不錯，距離網紅小吃店都很近，地下車庫充電樁非常充足，就是很多油車佔位，可以提高管理。
缺點是泳池衹有中午12點到晚上10點，缺少上午時間沒辦法晨練，健身房也不是24小時開放，和一般高星酒店不太匹配。

來新昌玩選對酒店太重要了，這家在中心位置真的選對了，去幾個想去的景點都近得很，節省不少時間能多逛會兒。

房間是我喜歡的風格比寬敞，明亮，簡約，床也不是那種軟趴趴的，躺着很舒服，而且也夠大，前台妹妹Nino服務熱情，有問必答，非常細心，這次因為颱風還有幾個景點沒玩，下次應該還會再來，還會選擇這家酒店，性價比很高
