和父母自駕出去玩，經過新蔡，停留了一天，休息一下，據説是新蔡最好的温泉酒店，水是天然軟水，洗完身上確實不幹，而且入住還送兩張洗浴券，不過到店後才發現去樓上按摩/足療的話，到300多塊錢可以免當天的房費，但是僅限線下預訂，像我們在攜程上訂的就不能免了，莫名有種虧了的感覺，不過總體來説消費很低，包括搓澡和足療、按摩的價格都不貴，100多房費可以説是性價比很高了，也就無所謂那個活動了

，差，非常差，我無法形容一個收銀員能這樣的砸一個商户的飯碗，我一號入住了酒店是早上六點入住的，，來一句27℃就是正常冷風了，堅持到了第二天也就是二號，我想着休息大廳涼快就退房立馬開了個牌去休息大廳呆到夜裡十二點半，因為還是有點熱我有人在吵架我就去前台説留牌取車鑰匙去車裡睡，有四個收銀最結實的那個女的説留牌他們這沒有這個規矩出門必須結賬，一開始説換鞋子可以留牌我換了，接著説結賬可以，我結了，然後又説結賬了就不能在進來了，我需要的是留牌，你説超半小時不能用券，你那*******，我是二號就進來休息大廳消費了，就算票使用也是二號我已經開始使用，你不認沒關係，我要手機結賬結果低着頭玩遊戲，我叫了四五次説買單我出去硬是裝死，我作為消費者出去辦我的事還不能再回來？你要結賬我也同意，押車鑰匙，換拖鞋，先結賬我都同意，為什麼我付了一個票確不能離開，這個是一個門票的事情？這個就是虛假宣傳，你一個收銀****的當真以為你是老闆娘呢，而且我也説了我每天都在洗浴從沒有遇見過不能留牌，就這邊特殊化？我也在你們這期間留牌出去吃過飯，難道不同的收銀有不同的權利？送的票送不起就別送，人家不差你那點錢，我和你們説去很多地方洗浴門票都可以留牌，我消費我還要看你臉色？

酒店挺大的，裏面可以洗浴可以游泳，

衞生：乾淨
環境：優雅
服務：熱情。二樓有個大休息廳，可以看電影，還有個國標游泳館，可以游泳，但是沒帶泳衣就沒去，房間有~次性浴服，想的很周到，對幹我這種有潔癖的人來説很友好，但是是收費的哦！經常來新蔡，苐一次住這個酒店，感覺很好，以後就定點這個酒店了，推薦給來新蔡的朋友。

客房大家很熱情，我每天把房間弄的臟臟的，大姐又給打掃的乾乾淨淨的，房間比較大，設施設備齊全，環境好，有游泳，洗浴，還有淘氣堡，帶孩子玩，孩子很喜歡。喜歡喜歡，推薦給想來新蔡的朋友咯。

服務態度超級好，她們怎麼那麼有耐心，也太好了吧。我睡眠不好，想選個安靜的房間，幫我換了好幾個，最後換的我都不好意思了，前台還是微笑服務，換到我滿意為止。衞生很乾凈，設施好，還送了游泳券，洗浴券，睡覺很安靜，總之超級開心😃很開心的一次體驗。

非常滿意！回程中偶爾從攜程上搜到這個酒店，是新做的，設施新，房間大而乾淨，服務熱情，停車場超大。關鍵是房價不高而且還送了酒店洗浴游泳券，讓回程的疲憊身體得到很好的放鬆。好評！
