到赫圖阿拉城旅遊入住此賓館，太舒心的一次體驗！待我慢慢道來。住宿有電梯，酒店就三層就有電梯，我沒看錯。有停車位。有早餐，很可口。房間乾淨衞生，熱水充足，被褥乾爽潔白，設施好。房間有免費的礦泉水。空調很好用。睡得太安靜了，一點雜音沒有。餐廳乾淨衞生。我是沒挑出一點毛病。親民的價格，五星級的體驗。酒店外觀不起眼，內部卻舒適的很。打了這麼多字雖然比較累，但我必須告訴大家這個事實。看圖吧。衞生間忘拍了。

這個酒店不錯。房間大，兩個窗户，都是雙層窗簾。
房間有電話，牆上貼着前台電話，手機號及姓名。還有上網賬號和密碼。方便了旅客。
洗手間也大，還有暖氣片，有熱氣。
電視打開就能找着各電視頻道，方便好用。

訂的家庭房，初到酒店看到門口修路有點小失望，進房間後給了驚喜，房間面積很大，床品乾淨，走廊房間都有地毯，夜間很安靜，早餐品種雖然不多，但品質很高，非常好吃，看出酒店的管理品控非常到位，非常贊！

房間都沒問題。
服務人員太差勁。
本人於4月9號在攜程軟件上定了5-8 號的房間，4月30號發現定錯了，這個房間是做高考考生用，然後聯繫酒店，第一通去電見第一張圖片，前台接説做不了主一會經理回電話，幾分鐘後賓館回電，經理親口説的可以，就直接6號來，住到9號就行。這樣協商溝通好了之後，我於大上週五再次確認，就是第二張圖片去電，前台説:放心吧，經理同意了就沒問題，結果今天晚上八點，第三張圖片經理上海電話:第一句話就問我今天什麼時候入住，我説之前不是溝通好了嗎，他就拒不承認了，一直在説現在我就認攜程平台這個時間，他説他沒説過那話。一個酒店服務人員還是經理，就這種服務態度，答應了顧客可以更改時間，不記下來，忘了還矢口否認，192塊錢，拒不承認自己的疏忽!我沒錄音是我的問題，但是這人的良心何在?大丈夫一言既出駟馬難追。就這麼欺負消費者。吃虧買教訓，以後做什麼都要錄音，有錄音我看你還怎麼狡辯。你自己做沒做這事兒你心裏清楚。不能在法律層面維護自己的合法權益，那你就要受到道德層面的譴責！
