行程突然有變，提前一天下午申請無法取消了（正常12點前是可免費取消的）跟酒店協商無果，平台給多次聯繫依然不給退或者部分退。怎麼説呢，一自己有責任，二知此地不太近乎人情

自己家經營的旅店，房間大 窗户也大，住着舒服。周邊有特產店，買點伴手禮可以直接寄回去。推薦一家河北人開的剪刀面，老闆娘很熱情，價格公道，我們一家三口吃了一大鍋。

本來就是旅途歇腳的地方，對酒店設施其實沒啥要求，酒店沒電梯，要自己搬行李，自駕的注意了，我的車停在門口被刮蹭，肇事者跑了，酒店老闆説晚上監控看不清楚，由於我們第二天就要趕路了，老闆説他在忙，等忙完再給我看看監控，然後就沒有然後了，自駕出來一個月了，第一次遇到刮蹭，而且還是停在門口，我的防曬落在了房間，老闆説被打掃衞生的扔了，這個地方很多用蒙語，晚上出門也遇到了一羣蒙古族的小青年喝的爛醉成羣結隊的在馬路上很吵，而且他們開車都不咋看紅綠燈，遇到個紅綠燈衹有我們外地車牌停下了，我就當破財免災，大家自己斟酌吧，在這裏住我個人是感覺不安全，建議大家去別的城鎮

酒店沒有電梯，作為民宿也正常。衹是我們四人（其中兩位80多歲），行李比較多，我們長者也拿着東西，我是一衹手拖一個行李箱，我老父親也拿着一行李箱，大家上樓都非常吃力，老闆還陪同上樓（忘了原因），卻無動於衷。曾經看到一個點評説是老闆很兇，兇不兇不清楚，但是缺乏基本服務意識。即使是路人，也多有助人為樂之舉吧。
