The hotel is very good, the same as the promotional picture. The service is really superb: I originally booked for two nights, but on the first night, my lover's foot was injured and I couldn't walk. I could end the trip early and check my body. After reflecting to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel immediately agreed to refund the room rate for the next day in full. The two young ladies at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find a nearby pharmacy to buy drugs late at night to avoid worsening the injury. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Luoyang. I wish the hotel business is booming and financial resources are abundant

The hotel is right next to the Grand Canyon No. 2 parking lot, which is convenient for entry and exit. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the boss is amiable and the work is very efficient. The restaurant dishes are cheap and good, and they are large! Our three girlfriends live in a triple room with super cost-effective! We encountered trouble in Luoyang on the return trip, the boss enthusiastically helped us to make an appointment, the price is very fair! Give the hotel a 5-point evaluation. Recommend to stay at his hotel! You will feel very satisfied and warm!
