There is always no one at the front desk. The facilities are relatively old, there is no elevator and you have to climb stairs. The toilet paper in the toilet is small and of poor quality. 整個西盟縣不大，所以酒店的位置比較中心，優點是後面有一個挺大的停車場，房間的面積也很大，缺點是沒有電梯，門口的敞開式走廊對着外面的馬路，晚上睡覺聲音有點吵

西盟很美，西盟的人也很好，客房姐姐很熱情，老闆也很周到。就是隔音太差，我住的房間在樓梯旁邊，每天都四五點被吵醒。。。房間寬敞乾淨，電視也大。能住裏面的房間的話，還是很推薦的。

設施老舊，衞生一般，房間等比較昏暗，沒有電梯，前台基本沒人，入住有事打電話，晚上洗澡晚上人多水就很涼，我等很久，衞生間窗户直接通外面馬路，洗澡有點涼，晚上走汽車會有點吵，整天還算安靜。離客運站很近算是優點，離景區也不遠比較方便。
