前台服務態度差評，住了三天了，就是簡單的諮詢一下如果退房續租問題，因為要晚上趕火車，想着下午續租幾個小時，過去諮詢了一下，差點兒沒讓“吃了”然後應該是十點五十多左右，回房間的時候發現房卡開不了房間門了，問了一下説是給退了還是怎麼著，就是進不去了，當時東西還沒有拿走，她們就給把房間鎖了，主要是也沒有到退房時間啊！服務態度特別差，然後就選擇了退房，退房時候的態度也很不好

在這家住過幾次，各方面都非常好，周邊有很多美食，錫市排名靠前的幾家蒙餐館，喝早茶也是不錯的選擇

房間的門，好像要掉，每次關門的時候還得抬一下門，每天倒是鍛鍊身體了；還要那洗浴的噴頭花灑，小的花灑是哪都漏水，大的花灑是除了不往下噴水，四周它哪都噴；再有就是那衞生間的馬桶，離洗浴間的玻璃太近了，那個子高點兒的人都蹲不下，還碰頭呢。

服務態度太差，早上退房時查房都不告訴充電器落下了，，後期都沒給打電話，我都出城了又打電話返回來拿的，而且都沒把充電器放吧枱，放在三樓打掃的屋裡，客房員都不帶搭理你的，太差了，房間也是好幾年前一直沒裝修，隔音效果不好，訂房時一直強調掃她們吧枱的**二維碼説完成任務這那的，差差差，
