Xilin Haote Hotel

When visiting Xilinhot, I booked a hotel in Xilinhot. I originally thought that the service in a star-rated hotel would be better, but I didn’t expect that it was the hotel with the lowest cost performance during this trip to Inner Mongolia. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very old and dilapidated, and it feels like they haven't been cleaned very well. They are a bit old and dirty. The bed in the suite we booked was very small, as if it was for a child. My son, who is 180 years old, did not sleep comfortably. Service: The attitude at the hotel front desk was not very good when I checked in. I didn't know what to do when I asked questions, and seemed very impatient. Fortunately, the waiter who checked out later had a nice attitude. The next day, a tall and thin girl who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant had a very nice attitude. Three service points were given to her. The price/performance ratio is really not high.

The advantages and disadvantages of the hotel are very prominent... I booked a room for two days, but I couldn't open the door when I returned to the room on the first night; I called the front desk and told me to go to the front desk to deal with the degaussing, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk after being tired. I asked why the two-day room was degaussed on the first day, and was told that it would be degaussed automatically after two o'clock every day, no matter how many days I stayed in... The hotel I stayed in is really not a small number, and this is the first one to operate so confidently. The service awareness and attitude of a young tall lady at the front desk need to be greatly improved. The room service attitude is good, but the room was not cleaned after one o'clock the next day, and the disposable items were not replenished. The advantage is that the location is really good, it is very convenient to go everywhere; the parking lot is big enough

The facilities are too old. The style of the 80s should be renovated. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat, you have to drive to the city. There is no advantage other than parking.

很方便。酒店設施雖然老舊，前台服務可以算沒有，送水到房間要額外收費但兩間式房型滿足我們首要需求。停車場很大。邊上步行2分鐘就有家火鍋店，肉份量相當足

設施：可能因為時間久，設施損壞比較嚴重，房門，櫃子門，不用力關不上。 衞生間邊邊角角利用很到位，but，衞生間沒有門
