服務極差，攜程上訂的要按金，在前台就講你應該交錢房間升級，要個浴帽沒有，早餐也就5元標準，住的三樓沒電梯、基本沒窗户也不在網上告訴你，中午正休息那，不到點就來電話催你退房，地毯不打掃，入住體驗極差。
