The service is extremely poor. You need to pay a deposit when booking through Ctrip. The front desk told you that you should pay for the room upgrade. There was no shower cap when I asked for it. The breakfast was only 5 yuan. There was no elevator and basically no windows on the third floor, but they didn't tell you online. They called you to check out before the scheduled time when we were having lunch. The carpet was not cleaned. The stay experience was extremely poor.
