Excellent hotel! The geographical location is superior and travel is convenient. The room is beautifully decorated and the bedding is soft. The staff are very friendly and always serve with a smile. It was a pleasant stay here and I will come again in the future.

I took my family to Inner Mongolia on May Day to experience the vastness of the sky and the land. Since the children had never stayed in a space capsule, we chose this hotel deep in the grassland. The feeling of staying here is super good. In the afternoon, I sat in the space capsule and looked at the vast grassland outside the glass. At night, I opened the skylight of the space capsule and lay on the bed with my children to look at the stars in the city that I hadn’t seen for a long time. It was so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's lady surnamed She was very kind. She invited everyone to visit and experience the Mongolian New Year Culture Museum and shared snacks with the children. The next day, everyone was invited to the herdsmen’s home to drink milk tea and experience the process of making milk tofu. These were all unexpected surprises, and made our trip to the grassland more fulfilling and rich. Very nice place, very nice hotel. Next year when the grass is green and the birds are singing, I will bring my family here again.

The check-in experience was average. The bathroom smelled bad. I don't know if it was because of the low-quality disinfectant used on the bedding or something else, but everyone in my family had small bumps all over their bodies. In addition, the hotel's restaurant was not open, and there was no breakfast. Although the hotel refunded the breakfast money, there was no restaurant selling breakfast open in the entire village. The hotel should have informed in advance. If they had known in advance that there would be no breakfast, they might not have made a reservation. The service attitude of the staff was quite good, but the whole experience was very average.

Let me talk about the advantages first. The location is very good and the space capsule is very conceptual. Very novel, the 270-degree view inside is very good, and there are horses walking around you during the day. The capsule has air conditioning and floor heating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. You don’t have to worry about the cold in winter, the free horseback riding experience is very good, and you can even ride through the mountains on horseback. The place is very clean, the milk in the cafeteria tastes good, and the food is also pretty good. You can see the starry sky at night. Disadvantage: The smart toilet does not flush. I used a big bag to collect water for flushing. Might as well just get a regular toilet. The voltage is enough to drive air conditioning and floor heating. Why not get a better instant water heater? The current water heater can only be used for a few minutes before the hot water runs out, which is not even enough for taking a shower. I was very upset when it got cold halfway through washing. The bathroom heater is not hot. There was some smell in the room from the cabinets and laminate flooring. Plus, if the floor heating is not ventilated, it will smell bad.

酒店環境太好了，我們入住的時候人不多，很安靜，每個服務人員都很熱情，酒店自有馬場，教練也很專業，會一對一陪同，酒店可以點餐，飯菜也很好吃
