前台辦理入住很快，服務人員也很nice。房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，雖然不大，住的也很舒服。早餐廳環境舒適，味道也不錯。

早上房間停電給前台打電話，前台説是不是跳閘了，我説不知道，她説你自己推上去不就行了，我説開關在哪裡，她説不知道，我真是服了，你自己都不知道，你讓我怎麼推，又説維修人員還沒有上班，最後説保安上來看看，我問他大概多久，她説那不得上電梯麼，等了一會兒，人沒來，打前台電話，直接不接電話了，而且電話中全程態度差

在西華縣算是比較乾淨的酒店了，歷經了一次重新裝修，我在這個酒店已經住了好多次了，設施，早飯都比較好，很好的一家酒店，前台工作人員都蠻客氣的，隔壁開了一家超市，零食飲料都有，很方便
