酒店服務熱情 ，衞生乾淨整潔，出去門口就有夜市吃飯很方便，價位合理，客房清潔人員也很熱情，很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次還來！！！

平台售後服務部，舉報西和鴻瑞賓館，我們在平台上預訂了2023年10月2日入住的該賓館，入住後該賓館馬上刪掉了我們的訂單，就是為了避免進行評價。首先酒店住房面積大量縮水（請平台預以核實房間面積），電視是擺設，賓館進出通道更奇葩，來回找幾次，打電話不接，暈（看實拍圖片），進出通道和停車完全考車技，不信來試試，房子就是村中自建房屋，周圍環境可想而知。刪掉訂單的行為值得平台上認真查一查，對消費者負責，維護消費者權益。

這個酒店住了好幾次了，就衞生而言第一次住的時候可能因為剛開始住的人少，挺乾淨，室內環境也挺好，後面住的時候床上會有一兩根毛髮，我都自己收拾了，也不是説非得找茬啥的，這種我都可以忍受，但是但是但是最近住了一些有爹孃生沒人養的小雜碎，一整晚在整個樓道跑來跑去，聲音還特別大，搞得我晚上休息不好，給前台打電話可能大概也是為了讓那幫持續光顧自己的生意就搪塞了我，酒店賓館不就是人晚上用來休息的嗎，那麼吵如何休息，那找其住宿的意義何在？一個良好的酒店環境都沒了！！！這家所有良好的賓館形象都被這幫毀了！！！

態度惡劣，**老闆態度非常差，停車位邊上放了他們家的一個小車車，是你家的小車車在車位上，我順着小車車邊上停下了，又不是我的錯，敲我門，讓我去挪車，態度非常差，看起來要打人的感覺，挪車就挪車吧，你好好説，朋友們，以後儘量少去，要是把老闆的車位佔了，老闆要是沒地方停車，弄不好還要打人的，會有生命危險
