息烽温泉一直都聽説挺好的，週末就帶了老媽來泡温泉。定了温泉裏面的酒店，酒店環境還是挺好的，我特地要求完了一間安靜的房間，但是晚上十一到十二點之間吧，房間外還有小孩子在吵鬧。然後在酒店住泡温泉是免費的，而且無次數限制還是可以。但是在第二天泡温泉的時候，我老媽在汗蒸的時候被釘子給釘了，還銹的很，温泉部的人員馬上就用碘伏消毒了，雖然高温，但是釘子釘了也不問問要不要打破傷風針？還有就是平常都不去查看嗎？裏面暗的很。看都看不見。傷口就處理就行了？還是我自己去要求了才打的破傷風。也感謝酒店裡的人員，立馬就安排好讓我們去打針。服務和管理還是可以的，後續出問題的處理也還是不錯。就是設施之類的希望温泉那邊加強一下管理吧。

住酒店可以免費無限次泡温泉。温泉離住的地方大概走5分鐘，也可以開車過去。温泉水每天都要更換。泡着很舒服

衹看房間的話還行，但是住的勞模樓離温泉中心比較遠，服務很差，明明都是一家酒店，但温泉中心票務問題要讓我們打電話去酒店前台自己詢問解決（房間温泉票是送的兩個大人，小孩超過1米2買票98元，我們朋友那個房間兩大一小，有一大因為特殊情況不能泡就説把票給孩子用），結果温泉中心工作人員説入住錄臉是誰温泉票就是誰，如果要改變自己打電話問然後又跑去酒店前台更改她們改不了，非常不懂變通和麻煩，還有個問題是因為温泉中心那邊要憑房卡換手牌進入，那退房時一個大人帶着孩子去泡了温泉不能直接在温泉中心退房需要自己跑回酒店前台退卡，太不靈活了很麻煩，她們的接駁車也衹到下午五點，五點以後要泡温泉就自己開車下去，主要是停車位還不能保證，開下去停不了車就又有新問題了，所以總體而言這家酒店是沒有服務而言並且不人性化的，大家訂的時候自行參考。

衞生較差，自駕散客不建議去。

青山秀水中的温泉和温泉酒店，不虛此行。酒店房乾淨衞生，温泉池多，選擇餘地大，早餐供應豐富，停車方便，服務態度好，餐廳提供中餐、晚餐供應服務，有貴州特色菜烏江豆腐魚、酸菜豆米等，味道很好。

總體感覺還不錯
