The room was very clean and tidy. We booked 2 rooms and the front desk helped us arrange them in the same building. The hot spring was also very clean. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient to walk from the room to the restaurant. The food was of high quality. We ordered special dishes. We will stay here again if we have the chance.

1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left. 2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor. 3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

Of course you have to soak in hot springs in the cold winter... Come to Guizhou for a trip and experience the famous Xifeng Hot Springs... The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively new, the rooms are quite large, and the rooms are relatively close to the hot springs. The hot springs are mainly outdoors, and the temperature is basically around 40 degrees. There are also various small pools to choose from. After soaking, I felt that my calves, which had been abused while climbing Huangguoshu and Xiaoqikong, had finally returned to normal. Currently, there are small gifts for those who check out before 10 o'clock. It is convenient to take a taxi from Xifeng Station for ten kilometers.

The water quality is pretty good. I don't like crowded hot springs, but this one is okay, but the water temperature in some pools is too high. About 40 degrees is just right. The inconvenience here is that the hotel is a short walk away from the hot springs.

Hotel accommodation facilities: Cars can only be parked in the hot spring building. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs, go through a long corridor and then go upstairs to enter the room. It is not recommended for the elderly or those with children. It is very painful to drag luggage and children so far in the cold wind in winter. I booked an executive room. The room was very large and spacious, but the hygiene inside was a bit different from that of a star-rated hotel. The hotel was full of fake plants and flowers. It was a pity that such a large hotel gave people a rough feeling. The only options for eating here are hotels or a spicy chicken restaurant. The coffee for breakfast in the hotel is only instant coffee. If you like coffee, you need to bring your own. Hot springs: The hot springs have much better services than the hot springs. The hot springs are worth recommending, but not recommended. General: The hotel is not recommended for people who have some requirements for accommodation. It is not suitable for people with children and the elderly, and it is not suitable for people who don't like walking and have a bad sense of direction. The hot springs are okay, and there are many open-air ones to choose from.
