萌雞小隊遊樂園很不錯，小朋友很喜歡。房間乾淨整潔，但是這個房型的床不能挪在一起。服務還是稍差，退房也沒有詢問還泡温泉不，按他們的規定要退房前換手牌。
感謝平台小哥提前告知無房，協商更換在天沐酒店

房間很乾淨整潔，訂了2間房，前台幫忙安排在同一栋樓，溫泉也很乾淨，晚餐在洒店歺廳，從房間走過去用歺也很方便，食物很有水準，我們點了特色菜，有機會過來也會再入住的。

1.房間可能好久沒人住了，地面上有灰塵和垃圾。讓前台通知打掃，做了卧室的衞生，但是客廳沙發前面的垃圾直到我們離開都沒有打掃。
2. 餐廳的主管沒有一點服務意識，説話一點兒不客氣。沒有刀叉，沒有茶包，沒有咖啡，沒覺得是他們服務不到位，仍然一副高高在上的樣子。兩次早餐沒到打烊時間就不補餐了。服務員在客人進餐時拿着掃把掃來掃去，收碗筷也是搞的兵兵乓乓的響。客人找不到飲水機她不是帶領客人到飲水機邊去，而是覺得客人連飲水機什麼樣都不知道。感覺就是路邊的蒼蠅館子進餐體驗超級差。
3. 套房裝修檔次太差，除了面積大。客衞搽手巾都沒備，冰箱還是不插電的。
4.環境不錯，除了餐廳的主管，其他人員服務還不錯

寒冷的冬天當然要泡温泉…來貴州旅遊，體驗一下大名鼎鼎的息烽温泉…酒店總體設施比較新，房間也挺大，而且房間離温泉也比較近，温泉室外為主，基本上温度在四十度上下，還有各種各樣的小池子任選，泡完感覺我爬黃果樹和小七孔飽受虐待的小腿終於恢復正常了。目前提早到十點前退房還有小禮品贈送。從息烽站打車過來十公里，也還算方便

房間環境很好住着很舒服，住在裏面可以無限次泡温泉很隨性，泡池也很多，泡着這很舒服。自助早餐也很好吃，工作人員服務態度也很好。已經來過幾次了，下次還會來。
