The rooms are spacious and clean. The high floor view of Xiyi Street is very comfortable. The hotel is located a long time away from the Xiyi concentration camp revolutionary history memorial hall, which is convenient for visiting. Is a hotel worth staying in!

The room is fully equipped, hot water, air conditioning, etc. are fine. There are two time periods in a day to take a sightseeing train, and children like it better. There are also children's playgrounds (sand pools, water slides, zoos). There is also a heated swimming pool indoors (you need to wear a swimsuit and a swimming cap). Personally prefer outdoor hot springs and indoor heated swimming pools. The wind on the mountain is a bit strong. 剛開始遊玩覺得酒店和温泉都不錯，泳池也多，孩子喜歡。殊不知在温泉區域最上面一層的泳池，我老公才進入沒到一個小時，被泳池底不明處劃傷，腳上一小塊指甲蓋大小的地方連皮帶一小塊肉刮破，血流了挺多，温泉經理倒是及時給予了消毒和創口貼包紮。因為影響後面遊玩，要求解釋和處理，温泉經理全程沒有任何道歉，説泳池都有安全須知，屬於顧客自己的意外，家屬後面衹能在温泉大廳等我和孩子一個半小時，期間旁邊前台再沒有任何詢問，也沒有問需要觀光車回酒店不。晚上我知曉後，後來投訴至酒店值班經理，值班經理才比較好的安撫了我們，這點感謝大晚上值班經理，於第二天送了一個果盤關心。後面衹能我一人陪玩，家屬全程坐在酒店，最後正常結房離開。温泉負責人生怕我們賴上他，態度讓人心寒，衹能説大家在這裏自己注意安全，出了事都是自己兜底的。
