衞生太差了，晚上到了屋裡空調顯示17度，把空調加熱到30度，由於很晚了就睡了，睡到三點被凍醒了，一看才13度，吹了一宿竟然13度，還沒有樓道里暖和，大冬天的空調居然是壞的，誰會相信這樣的酒店會把壞空調的房間賣出，體驗感極差，

房間還可以，就是有點吵，服務員態度不好，全程冷着臉，問兩句就不耐煩了，訂房前問了網上訂房酒店可以開發票，第二天退房開票時換了前台又説不給開票要另外付10%税點，有點***。

服務太差了！！服務人員完全沒有服務意識。500多多房費，連房間裏面的礦泉水都要收錢（5塊錢一瓶）在攜程上面下的訂單，因臨時朋友來不了想退兩間房，便提前打電話給酒店，電話裏面説裏面現場去退，到了現場告訴我們退不了，臉色態度極其難看，説退不了，當時才14點，訂單顯示18點前未入住可免費取消的，（我們當時因為退不了房就沒有辦理入住）就連把這個訂單全部取消也不行，一副我們酒店就是這樣的，我們説不退就不給你退的樣子，給攜程打電話，攜程客服跟酒店溝通也沒用。最後通過攜程操作把訂單取消了，
重點來了！！！
攜程把訂單取消之後酒店打電話給我們説：“我們不接受衹取消一個訂單，要取消就把你的訂單全部取消，包括已經入住的房間”這話説帶威脅性的語氣説的哦。
其中厲害你們自己品吧，反正對這家酒店 包括這個縣城是一點好感都沒有了！
