因為之前男朋友選的這個酒店我覺得還不錯，這次我跟朋友來西昌玩就又選了鉑斯特酒店，入住前就跟我聯繫，知道我是女孩子就給我升級了女賓房，管家小葉子説這個房間最適合我們女孩子住，到店後她又非常耐心的跟我們介紹酒店和房間情況，給我們推薦了一家燒烤 小葉子説她自己去吃過所以不踩雷，果然去吃了味道的確很好（如下圖，看着流口水了吧），到房間後確實比上次住的更驚喜，有很多專屬用品，都是免費的，房間很大布局都是粉撲撲的，衞生乾淨，我不喜歡用馬桶所以還奔着這個酒店有蹲便來的，下午小葉子又給我發消息提醒我有水果酸奶配送，晚上還有熱牛奶銀耳羹，全程都在關注我給我感覺花錢來這裏住是一件非常享受的事情，對了酒店停車也很方便，推薦給大家哦

You must come to Xichang during this beautiful limited season of jacarandas. The hotel I booked online is very good. The room is bigger and brighter than in the photo. It is very close to Hangtian North Road, Jianchang Ancient City and Tang Garden, and it is convenient to take a taxi or walk. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Sitting under the bay window in the room, drinking the limited edition Liangshan Snow, I started a full day. After a day of play, I saw the polite greetings from the front desk. After a few days, I was surrounded by a dreamy and romantic blue and purple dream, and felt the warm service and the relaxation of vacation and leisure! What a romantic and enjoyable blue-purple journey!

Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. As for breakfast, it felt very simple. I thought there was no set meal on the first day and didn't ask about it. On the second day, someone came to ask whether it was Chinese or Western. P.S. The speakers were quite a surprise.

First of all, thank you very much to the front desk of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 2 consecutive nights and three rooms. On August 21, we checked out and drove back to Xiaogan, Hubei. On the way, we received a call from the hotel telling us that a watch and a piece of clothing were missing in a room we stayed in. Send us back by communication. The environment and service of the hotel are super good, and the hotel staff who pick up the money will give a big praise! ! ! We will come back in beautiful Xichang and will stay at the Miramar Hotel again. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. The washing machine and dryer equipment in the laundry room are really complete. There is a separate parking lot for free parking. Traveling on business recommends their home! ! !

Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

Staying at the Starway Hotel, I suddenly understood the meaning of ”slow and steady wins the race.” I travel frequently for business and often think of hotels as places to sleep. It wasn't until this time at the Starway Hotel in Xichang that I was struck by the smiling service, the brown paper on the ironing board (to prevent burns), and the always clean, hair-free shower drain. The housekeeper neatly arranged the documents I'd spread out on the table while cleaning. On the day I checked out, it was raining, and the front desk lady, holding an umbrella and walking me to a taxi, got a stone stuck in my suitcase. She squatted down and used her fingernail to pry it free. Such attentive service! A top choice for business travelers!

Facilities: complete, I also like the decoration style, the details are really good, the kettles are very cute (^-^)👍 Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. The public restrooms on the first floor are very clean, giving people the comfort of going home. I also like the conditioner ๑乛◡乛๑ (◍•ᴗ•◍). Many hotels do not provide conditioner. It is a very detailed service for people with frizzy hair like us. Environment: I also like the style of the lobby. It’s a pink ❤️ (◍•ᴗ•◍) and I can’t help but want to take pictures. The carpet is also a gradient color, which is very high-end. Service: I have to praise the service (･ω･) ✋Everyone is really patient and serving customers seriously (ฅ•.•ฅ) ﻌﻌﻌ♥️. I don’t want to stay in a room facing the street because I can’t sleep well. Well, it turned out that the young lady directly upgraded our room and gave us breakfast😍. It was really great. The standard price only increased by 100 yuan during the National Day holiday, while other budget hotels have increased by 3 times. It deserves praise.
