More like a resort than hotel. Huge private property really easy to get into and parking outside or underground. Outdoor restaurants, beautiful pool, several restaurants on the premises. Professional, welcoming, staff go out of their way to help with anything. Room super spacious and clean as a whistle. I stayed two nights earlier at Holiday Inn and it was an absolute filthy dump. The Clarion was Five out of Five in every category and just about the same price as the Holiday Inn. Don’t even need to think about it - Clarion for sure

酒店外面一看，是看起來有點可以的酒店，大堂也是不錯的，服務員的無笑容，要像西昌的太陽一樣燦爛！房間的設施就中規中矩，樓層太暗了

感覺在西昌幾天下來住得最舒服的酒店，雖然年頭時間長了，可是維護得挺好，衞生乾淨，安靜服務態度好，免費停車，周邊去哪也方便，值得相信。還贈送的水果還有一套小洗漱用品。

整體很好，外部美觀，也很大。房間不錯，整體情況都很好。前台很熱情，能夠解決實際問題。停車很方便。因為房間沒有換氣扇，也沒有窗，所以有味道，綜合來看物超所值。

酒店外觀漂亮，室內外都是歐式建築裝飾。房間寬大，設施齊全，居住舒適。酒店服務熱情周到，接待我們到房間的阿明，主動幫助協調了更適合老年人居住的房間，感動。酒店位於西昌鬧市的入口，很安靜，到古城，邛海都比較方便，旁邊有沃爾瑪。出門一路向北有體育館，圖書館，劇場，火把節廣場，邛海濕地公園等，街邊的行道樹紫金花開得非常漂亮。靠政府機構也很近。

位置方便，離水果批發市場也不遠，地面停車場很大。步行去燒烤街也不遠，正好散步消食。早餐還不錯，中西式都有，蔬菜水果很新鮮。
房間安靜，整潔，特別安排了我需要的硬床墊房間，棒棒噠！

服務態度非常差，酒店地毯原本就是臟的，誣陷是我們弄臟的，亂扣錢 ，房間衞生極差 ，前台小哥簡直不講道理，明明説好的可以升級房型，卻亂説沒有房間了，升級房間是假的，但是平台上還有很多房間可以訂購，而且早餐特別難吃，水果都是壞掉的，簡直配不上他的5鑽，就是一個假的五鑽。服務態度簡直差到極致，隔音效果極差 ，晚上的時候還能聽到走廊的噪音。設施老化，網上標着有熨斗，但是酒店內沒有，冰箱是壞的。浴袍還掉渣，我是過來旅遊的，不是過來受罪的 ，西昌文旅宣傳的這麼好，原來都是照騙啊
