The B&B is located inside Liangshan Agricultural University, with convenient parking, nice green environment, and quite unique. It is 2 bus stops away from Qionghai Beach and within 5 minutes by car. The hotel is in a good location inside the agricultural school, but as soon as you enter the room, there is a musty smell. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is also broken, so you have to open the toilet door to ventilate. You can imagine the smell of the whole room. There was no cold water at night, and a guest was scalded in the middle of the night and screamed outside the room for a long time. The wallpaper on the wall is broken everywhere. The hotel directly used foam stickers to paste the lower half of the wall. Does this count as a new renovation in 2022? Ctrip staff, please face this problem, because your evaluation has brought me a very bad experience this time!

自駕遊經過西昌，停留兩天，酒店停車方便，免費。酒店位於學院院內，鬧中取靜。沒有餐廳，可以去街道對面的小吃，麪和雲吞味道都挺好。對面還有個挺大的南紅原石交易市場，上午去可以湊個熱鬧。酒店裝修和圖片差不多，房間挺大，床也舒服。空調時有時沒的，好在被子再加毛毯，夠厚，晚上也暖和。服務員和保潔員都挺實在。當我決定再續一天後，蟑螂一家三口夾道歡迎，我這個沒見過世面的北方人，被南方大蟑螂嚇得呦…無奈，已交費，和諧共處吧。浴室用品都能看出經歷過歲月的滄桑，不忍直視，我是沒敢用。另外，酒店座機上的電話打了也沒用，説不是一棟樓的，最終還是老公跑去二樓前台找的服務員。

衞生：房間衞生做得不夠徹底 設施：雖然老舊 但酒店該有的設施都有 還不錯 環境：酒店在學校內 很安靜 綠化也很好 如果不喜歡熱鬧的親 這裡是個不錯的選擇 距邛海沿線景點距離都不遠 出門就有公交站 很方便 服務：前台熱情 服務態度很好
