The check-in experience this time was extremely bad. First of all, the prices on each platform are different. Then I booked online and when I went to the store to check in, I found that offline booking was cheaper. I asked the front desk and I said I would cancel and book offline. , the front desk firmly said no, she said it was normal to charge platform fees and they would not be refunded! Secondly, the room written on the page is 47-50 square meters, but the actual maximum is 30 square meters. The room is very small and compact. There is false advertising. There is not a single clothes hanger, not even the children's toiletries and slippers! Not good anyway

從西站打了個車就過來，原本看見酒店好差評都有就想着説先看一下房間，結果真的有被驚喜到，一打開房間門窗外的景色立馬映入眼簾。視野非常開闊，聽前台説前面就是馬上開發完成的體育公園，不敢想竣工之後景色肯定更棒，下次來準備繼續選擇入住他們家，距離萬達阿，唐園，建昌古城什麼的真的也都挺近的，打個車十塊左右吧。去吃了酒店前台推薦的燒烤，非常奈斯~房間衞生也都很乾凈，不嘈雜，房間面積確實也挺大，不像之前住的十七度那邊，總感覺房間裏面有點擁擠（僅代表個人感受哈）反正這次入住體驗確實不錯~

酒店位置根據導航找，還比較還找，有免費停車位，附近吃飯的地方比較多，房間比較大，就是雖然有暖空調，但是對於我們北方人來説，房間還是有點兒涼，制熱性能差了一點兒，其他的都還好。

前台非常熱情，免費給我們升級了房間，坐在陽台上面享受着冬日太陽，舒服極致，房間睡眠安靜，乾淨，整潔，空間很大，還有酒店專用免費地面，地下停車場，坐在陽台完全遠觀邛海，瀘山風景區盡收眼底，開車五分鐘到達海邊，打開窗簾一眼望不到邊的風景視野，簡直讓人心曠神怡，晚上的夜景，太漂亮，太漂亮了，難怪前台收銀服務員，都叫網單客人需不需要先看看房間在選擇是否入住，提前告知避免被，美照騙，高評分，踩坑，這一點絕對太多酒店是做不到的，佩服，佩服，性價比很高，值得入住，值得推薦，以後會一如既往選擇入住卡棲酒店

淡季出遊，訂房很方便，也不貴。房間整潔，設施齊全，有免費的地下停車場。有一個陽台，有沙發，曬太陽很舒服。窗外視野開闊，可以遠眺蘆山。周邊也有好多餐館，超市，離萬達廣場也就1.5公里，離唐園也不算遠。
