I saw online reviews that mentioned that laundry service was available and the reviews were quite high, so I chose this hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 7pm. First of all, the hotel parking lot is really weird and inconspicuous. After arriving at the hotel according to the navigation, I had to turn around to enter the parking lot. Secondly, I came back from dinner at 8:30 and wanted to do laundry. The front desk told me that it was too late and it would disturb others. Generally, laundry service is only provided after 8am. I was also convinced. It turns out that your laundry service is only suitable for guests who arrive early or at least stay for two consecutive days, right? . . The Atour Hotel in Kunming where we stayed on the first night of this trip was cheaper than this hotel, but it was better than this hotel in terms of hardware, service, etc.

房間寬敞明亮，床睡着很舒服！兩個可愛的羊駝座椅看起來很可愛，也是很舒服的小板凳！ 服務：非常好！每晚8:00-10:00有非常貼心的夜宵，米線麪條很好吃。還有酸奶和牛奶水果送到房間，前台服務員和客房服務員態度都特別好！熱情周到！ 衞生：每天都會定時打掃！點贊！ 現磨咖啡:小朋友玩具贈送，讓人驚喜！

非常滿意的酒店，性價比高，衞生條件好，並且晚上8點後還有免費的晚餐。強烈推薦。不足之處就是酒店沒有介紹地下停車的進口，到了酒店找不到停車場進口，我在這向以後的遊客介紹一下，停車場入口在正對酒店大門的右邊不到100米處。

來西昌玩體驗感特別好的酒店！！！以後來玩的話還要住這裏！！前台姐姐特別温柔🥰各種問題都耐心回答，還提供洗衣服服務，送回來的衣服還寫了小卡片很貼心～～環境也很好！大窗景很幸福～會推薦給其他朋友滴！！
