I saw online reviews that mentioned that laundry service was available and the reviews were quite high, so I chose this hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 7pm. First of all, the hotel parking lot is really weird and inconspicuous. After arriving at the hotel according to the navigation, I had to turn around to enter the parking lot. Secondly, I came back from dinner at 8:30 and wanted to do laundry. The front desk told me that it was too late and it would disturb others. Generally, laundry service is only provided after 8am. I was also convinced. It turns out that your laundry service is only suitable for guests who arrive early or at least stay for two consecutive days, right? . . The Atour Hotel in Kunming where we stayed on the first night of this trip was cheaper than this hotel, but it was better than this hotel in terms of hardware, service, etc.
