Hampton by Hilton Xichang Qionghai

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in a good location, with food and shopping all around. Xiaobian and Xiaoluo at the front desk were enthusiastic and professional, and they checked in quickly and upgraded the room type for free. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good, so I slept until I woke up naturally. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and equipped with high-end toiletries. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodles and local snacks were particularly amazing. Whether it was a business trip or a tourist vacation, this was a perfect choice, and I would definitely come again next time!

We passed by Xichang and chose this hotel to rest for one night. The environment was very good. The service of the front desk ladies was very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Tang and Xiao Li. They also upgraded our room for free. Xichang is really a treasure city.

Xiaobian and Xiao Luo have good service attitudes, and the lady in charge of room cleaning on the 7th floor has a good service attitude. We took the elderly to boil Chinese medicine, and she brought us a lot of water, which is worthy of praise. The breakfast is rich. It would be better if some mineral water could be put in the restaurant. The kettle smells like boiled water, and the medicine can only be taken with meals!

To be honest, I really want to give a bad review, but considering that the service industry is not easy, I still give it a 3 points 1. Because I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 noon, I called in advance to ask if I could check in. The front desk replied that I couldn’t be sure because there were no guests to check out. OK, but there was no reply when the room was ready. It was still the Ctrip staff who contacted to tell me that there was a room available. 2. I like to stay in branded hotels when I go out. Although the room price is low, it is at least a Happy Friends. The hygiene is really bad. I felt that it was not very clean as soon as I entered the door. When I lifted the quilt, it was indeed... Please see the picture. This quilt is still very obvious. In addition, there are dirt on the kettle, hair on the wall of the bathroom, and thread ends on the towel. The staff also saw them all. 3. I won’t go into details about how to deal with it, because I didn’t accept it. I thought that it would be clean after changing a room. Although the room was generally OK. But the details were not in place, such as the traces of the makeup mirror and the handles in the bathroom. I was not satisfied. I didn’t want to toss and turn. The bed was clean and I rested. 4. It affected the check-in experience. When checking out, I didn't ask about the new room again. The room is always the same, the hygiene and service are very poor. I will not stay here again.

I stayed at Hampton Inn almost all the way from Hainan, but the one in Xichang feels quite different from those in Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan. The hardware is similar, but I feel something is wrong! There is also a lot of room for improvement in breakfast and hygiene!

This time I was on a business trip and stayed in Xichang for one night. I chose the Hampton by Hilton Xichang. I basically stay at Hampton when I'm on business trips. When I first came to the front desk to check in, the front desk lady was very thoughtful and took the initiative to introduce the attractions around Xichang. She was very considerate. The room was very clean, and there was a balcony where I could sit and drink tea and enjoy the breeze. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room with complete facilities. In particular, there is a business area on the first floor where I can work and print things, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient.
