I went to Xichang just to bask in the sun, but I was satisfied with the hotel service.
The front desk lady/the slightly plump shuttle bus guy/the buffet lady were very nice.
I especially want to praise the lady in room number 032.

The best hotel on the Qionghai Sea in Xichang is the Qionghai Hotel.
The environment is really suitable for taking kids out for a walk. The big lawn, peacocks, squirrels and other birds, and the playground are really great.
