房間衞生挺乾淨的，有種家的感覺，客房服務員都很熱情，很貼心，非常好的一次入住，離邛海也很近，小鎮的環境也非常的美，有很多打卡的地方，總之入住很滿意，下次還來入住。

剛到酒店前台服務員就幫忙拿行李送我到房間，房間乾淨整潔，客房大姐很細心還給我準備了一次性馬桶坐墊，早餐很豐富，酒店背後山上還有櫻花，環境很好適合打卡拍照，下次還會再來。

感覺被欺騙了，入住的房間，根本不是觀海聽濤，而是另一家酒店，據前台介紹是同一家公司的。房間設施粗糙，浴巾裏也是頭髮，體驗感很差，電話前台要一個加濕器，店員要不是説電話打錯了，要不就是説沒有加濕器。
