酒店在聽濤谷內，是一個酒店羣。拍照打卡位置很多，在天台上能看到瓊海。早餐很豐富，吃的選擇很對。位置在瓊海邊上，離瀘山索道幾百米，周邊有藝術館，書店，咖啡店，每個地方都很適合拍照。我們2大2小（一個11歲，一個7歲）定的閣樓房，下面一張沙發，閣樓上一張大床 需要一個小朋友誰沙發上。唯一不足的就是閣樓上的風管機工作時聲音很大，不開的話又感覺有些熱，如果像下面的中央空調靜音一些就完美了。

服務：前台服務不好，態度很冷漠，管家服務比較好。 環境：房間比較寬敞，就是沒有電梯，需要手拎行李箱上樓。 晚上凌晨一點左右，酒店樓下有人大聲喧嘩，持續時間很長，也沒見酒店人員管理，早上六點多應該是有客人退房，聲音也很大，房間不是很個音。 和同價位的酒店比，服務和管理沒跟上，體驗感不好。 最後説一句，總積分兑換的水果權益，水果是壞的。

西昌很美，酒店很藝術，服務人員態度很好，見面都會跟你主動問好，看到我們帶兩個小朋友，暑假期間還免費升級了房型，房間很大，床也很寬，房間還送了水果和酸奶，孩子們很開心，西昌還會再來，下次來還住這裏
