如果對住宿要求不高的話，那麼房間總體還將就，最大敗筆就是房子臨街，樓下就是無數多的燒烤餐飲店，各種燒烤味飄進來，而且喝酒的鬧騰很，基本上半夜1點左右才消停！

衞生間是蹲便，整體房間佈置還是“酒店”的樣子，設定也都還好，從“住”的角度來説不錯。
但不隔音，隔壁電視聲音一清二楚。無電梯，是室內樓梯，除了房間內部，前台、門面、樓梯等完全就是“民宿”樣子，觀感很不好。且一樓時常一股莫名其妙的味道，外邊街道的公廁還是香的呢。。。
不過老闆還算熱情，態度等等都很不錯。僅僅“住”的話，可以放心。但對房間以外綜合環境有要求的話，還是建議選大一點的品牌酒店。

房間不大，略微有點擠，不過衹是湊合住一兩晚沒啥問題。設施比較老舊，洗漱台那水龍頭和花灑龍頭感覺都快掉了，雖然也能湊合用用，但體驗差。這房間雖然介紹上寫了空調，但實際並沒有，雖然我去的季節西昌晚上並不熱不需要用空調，但那個詳情介紹寫了卻沒有就不大好。最大優點就是位置好，離藍花楹最佳觀賞點航天北路很近，走路幾分鐘就到，附近燒烤餐館小店也多，吃飯方便。

衞生間浴室一股臭氣，不是馬桶，沒蓋的那種，不知道衞生打擾了沒有，洗臉盆的地方是毛髮，牆上各種水漬沐浴露的白斑點，玻璃杯子未清洗，浴巾毛巾凌亂，換了沒換都不一定（看着像前面用過的疊起來又放那裡了）

服務超好，前台説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，特別是我落下了東西可樂小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳樓梯很安全，房間內也讓人感覺温馨

她們家的酒店價格很便宜，性價比也很高，老闆娘也很熱情，服務態度好，西昌幾十塊錢能住到這樣的酒店已經很不錯了。
