環境：酒店環境很好，周邊出行交通很便利
服務：前台服務態度很好，溝通耐心，並且會詳細詢問需求後根據不同的情況安排房間位置，有問題也可以直接詢問
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，東西都收拾的非常整潔，衞生間也不會有異味
設施：設施完善，開關方便，還貼了提示的小紙條。同時可以自主選擇是否需要打掃房間或是不受打擾，功能設施的設計非常人性化。
整體評價都非常好！價格合適，服務態度好，設施環境乾淨。

房間很大很乾凈，衞生間也很大，設施設備齊全，前台小婕很貼心的那種，給我們倒茶還發了旅遊攻略，出門就是公交車站，一到酒店有到家的感覺，放心來就對了，體驗感一級棒，總之非常推薦各位來打卡地理位置很好，🅿️如果自駕還可以停車非常方便！退房還送了小禮物

第一次住這裏，沒想到非常驚艷，地理位置很好，周邊配套齊全，商店，超市都有，離景點也近，酒店🏨不大，但是乾淨整潔，清清爽爽，房間乾淨整潔有序，十分喜歡，房間設施設備齊全，酒店前台小婕還有免費的銀耳湯，非常貼心服務很好，滿意，入住還發了旅遊攻略，一次愉快的入駐，下次還來光顧！謝謝你們的熱情服務。

非常棒的一次住宿體檢，去雲南路過西昌歇腳，選了這家酒店，酒店位置很好，在汽車站旁邊，周邊吃喝玩都很方便，房間乾淨整潔温馨，酒店沒有早餐不過周圍吃早餐也還算方便，味道也都不錯，酒店工作人員都很熱情貼心，有問必答，還給我們推薦了吃的玩的地方，以後有機會來西昌會再次選擇優木的

到的比較晚，沒想到火車站的大巴停靠點離他們酒店很近，特別方便，後面出行前台也是很熱情的幫忙給了攻略，想騎車去玩也是酒店幫忙找的租車行，真的太貼心了（感覺被安排的明明白白的 哈哈）衞生也是很乾凈，床上用品也舒服，主要是酒店所有的工作人員都很好，強推強推

位置優越交通便利，就在火把廣場旁邊，出行很方便，離濕地公園比較近，吃了飯去散步，走十多分鐘就到了，去邛海廬山也比較方便，房間乾淨整潔無異味，設備設施齊全，前台工作人員的態度很熱情，還幫我們發了攻略，推薦了好玩好吃的地方，是來西昌遊玩的首選！

路過西昌住了一晚，酒店位置很好，因為第二天要去其他地方，他們家離客運站特別近，比較方便，房間裏設備設施齊全，衞生也很乾凈，大部分東西都是免費的一次性的，這點很喜歡，工作人員的態度也很好，很熱情，進出都會打招呼，讓人感覺賓至如歸，以後來西昌也會再次選擇！
