前台服務太差，半夜到處都是蟲子蚊子，打總枱電話説送一點蚊香片，結果給我説要就自己下來拿，我就説了一句到處蟲子，大半夜給我説你可以退房，而不是給我解決問題。西昌那麼熱的天，竟然空調也用不了。還告訴我説空調太老化了，這些圖片就是昨天晚上留下的。真的太差勁了蚊子可以理解，但是這個蟲怎麼解釋呢？

環境差就算了，反鎖門這些設施都是壞的，早上七八點還在睡夢中，不知道是被酒店服務人員還是誰，把我們的房間門打開了。12點就直接敲門把門打開，催促我們退房……節假日278訂的，果真便宜沒好貨！

樓下就是商業街很熱鬧，購物小吃很方便，酒店位置原因偏貴，沒有重新裝過的房間很老舊新裝修過的房間還行，
