酒店緊鄰邛海，環境優美，出門即可看見邛海，有一條棧道適合散步、觀景及拍照。
酒店是庭院式設計，古色古香的建築風格，院中有一棵高大的黃葛樹，非常有意境。
院內有鸚鵡、八哥和古箏演出，還有一汪池水，水中有錦鯉。水邊有搖椅可供休息。
酒店有一個西波魚莊，以魚類為主，還有其他地方特色菜，味道挺不錯。早餐品類多，麪線好吃，手工老麪饅頭和蛋撻好吃。
服務員熱情、態度好。
挺適合一家人來玩耍，享受悠閑的度假生活

#房間半夜漏大水的聲音、突然會自動亮起的頂燈以及前台的解釋讓我第一次這麼急切地想要給一家酒店差評！
酒店的前台不太好找，沒有什麼引導，這倒是多打個電話也能解決。
但咱就是説半夜三更睡覺的時候，酒店房間裏面的衞生間就感覺下水管漏了一樣，是不是還是該修修，你剛要一睡着，就開始漏大水了🙃，反正我錄了一段視頻，大家可以感受下，實際聲音比視頻裏大多了。另外路旁邊會有摩託車那些，如果睡覺一般和比較輕的人，我建議就不用選他們的海景房了，當然，有的人説我睡的好，不怕，那就當我沒説。
好不容易水沒漏了，以為終於可以安靜要睡覺了，緊接着最詭異的事情發生了，凌晨30分，房間裏的燈突然給亮了，給我整懵逼了，我關了總控，過了七分鐘，燈又亮了……，我當時想打電話給前台，無奈我家寶寶又在睡覺，我帶着疑惑忍到了今天退房的時候，結果前台的回答讓我大開眼界，讓我從來沒有這麼迫切地想給一家店差評，她的回答讓我做到了。那個前台説：酒店房間裏那個是聲控燈，需要客人主動跟她們説，讓阿姨還是工程部去把一個開關關掉，就不會亮了，她們對每個房間的情況那些不清楚什麼什麼的😧。我反問道那個是聲控燈？？？前台還在説那個燈得客人自己主動告知關掉才可以的時候，我真的忍不了了，深井冰啊！！！我的天，就算你設計的是聲控燈，大半夜的，房間裏都沒有聲音了，燈亮了呀，救命，你給我説這些荒唐的東西。西波鶴影酒店，拜拜您咧

在邛海旁邊的一家庭院式酒店，性價比比較高。設計很有特色，各種盆景。酒店本身自帶餐廳，來吃飯的人很。應該不錯。早飯也不錯。在邛海邊散步，簡直不要太舒服。如果有想住的朋友，一定要提前預訂提前預訂能便宜幾十塊錢。唯一的遺憾是房間的設施比較陳舊。

酒店很環境不錯，很安靜的小院，就是天空不作美了，白天一直都在下雨好在傍晚的時候看到了絕美日落，果然西昌的日落不會讓我們失望，前台小姐姐很熱情推薦去的水果市場，水果種類多且便宜，酒店服務人員都很好，會推薦給身邊朋友的。

選擇錯峯出行，因為想住在安靜舒適的周邊對比了好多家在邛海邊的酒店，最終選擇了這家 酒店離環境特別好 綠植種植的很多 這幾天來剛好是西昌藍花楹盛開的時期 沒想到這家酒店裡也有一棵特別大的藍花楹 開的很美，酒店直接出去就能看到瓊海了，房間設施完善，謝謝前台小姐姐，服務很好、耐心給我們介紹了周邊很多好玩的景點，也推薦了好幾家好吃的店，酒店很好，停車也很方便，唯一不足的就是樓梯上下較多，沒有電梯不是很方便。
