The hotel was very well equipped with all the modern facilities. The reception staff was very friendly. The rooms were new and clean. Breakfast was yummy. Overall its value for money. Highly recommended

以前在北京和蘇州都住過宜尚酒店，體驗都非常好。所以這次來西昌也繼續選擇入住宜尚酒店（西昌月亮湖濕地公園店）。果然秉承了連鎖酒店的優秀特質，不管是店面裝飾，房間設施還是店員服務都非常好！首先，交通方便，位於市中心，去哪裡都方便；其次，貼心為住客考慮，提供了兩個房間讓我去選擇，而且還做了房型升級。房間也很漂亮，設備很新很現代，沐浴露和洗髮水的品質也很不錯；另外，早餐非常豐盛美味，餐廳工作人員服務態度也很好；離店的時間快到了，我卻被堵在景區趕不回來辦理退房，打電話給前台也很貼心的給我做了延遲退房處理！總而言之，很贊！寶藏酒店！還會再來！

前台美女服務很熱情，上午9:30到酒店的，積極協調給辦理了提前入住，還給升級了房間，贊一個！房間寬敞明亮，衞生間乾濕分離，還配備了智能馬桶，淋浴水流很大，房間整體衞生乾淨。酒店的早餐也很不錯，菜餚味道很好，品種也豐富，對於235元/晚含單早的價格，已經是性價比很高了。

西昌已經玩過，但由於需要坐動車，在西昌停留一天，這個酒店去高鐵站方便，位於老城區的核心，不會受到邛海附近的堵車幹擾。酒店服務不錯。早餐很好，服務員大媽們忙個不停，早餐時間都過點了還有求必應。

酒店的位置好，無論是出行還是購物都非常方便。從酒店步行即可到達多個熱門景點，省去了不少交通上的麻煩。
酒店的設施非常齊全且現代化，房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約而不失格調。
服務方面，酒店的工作人員都非常熱情友好，態度親切。從入住到退房，每一個環節都處理得非常周到細緻。
此外，酒店的衞生狀況也非常令人滿意。房間內外都打掃得非常乾淨，沒有任何異味。公共區域的衞生也保持得很好，讓人住得安心。

第二次住了，酒店位置靠近沃爾瑪、火把廣場、海河天街，酒店附近有餐館和便利店，出行方便，環境衞生不錯，帶了自行車，體驗感不錯

房間設施較新，服務不錯，刷卡上電梯，安全性強。酒店大堂比較大，是一個相當大的酒店。剛開始時進房間有煙味，與客服溝通後很快更換了房間。早餐比較豐富，還有自助咖啡可喝。雙人間的床感覺有點高，兩床間距較窄。淋浴噴頭好像衹能調冷熱，沒法調水大小，嗊頭的水形也不能變化，似乎太過簡陋。
